Have seen a few different graff/braggot hybrids and graff Saison on the market so I thought I'd give it a shot.

This is based on the Slippery Slope braggot/graff recipe from the brewer of The People's Pint, Forna Flora Brewery's Appalachian Apple Saison and combined with my own Saison cyser recipe

I believe it will come out to around 4-4.5 gallons after pressing the apple pomace.
Est OG approx. 1.055
Est FG approx 1.005-1.01
15-20 IBU's

3gal BIAB @70% efficiency

2.25# German Pale Ale
8.4oz Carapils (Dextrine)
8oz Flaked Oats
8oz CaraAmber
4.5oz Honey Malt

60min Boil
.5oz WGV @60
.5oz WGV @FO
1# white clover honey @FO

Fermented with Belle Saison over unpressed apple pomace from Gala, Crispin, Cortland and Macoun apples.

Ferment @65 and gradually raise to 85. Press pomace. Finish fermentation. Rack to secondary. Bottle.
