Any update on how these turned out?
Yes. Sorry, I forgot! I would say it's more robust malt than the 4L. Kind of like pale 2-row vs pale ale malt. It has a bit of caramel to it, but light. It would be great for pale ales, red ales, etc. I would not use it for a pale lager of any kind. I just brewed an arrogant bastard clone with it, so we'll see how that goes...
 
I'm considering making an ESB using the Pilsner millet and BRM#3, thoughts?

I have not used the pilsner millet yet, but just received a delivery with plans for a kolsch. No way to know without trying...

Also, the new Miller malts from Glutenfreebrewsupply have been very nice. The De-hulled naked pale millet is much less nutty then the grouse pale millet imo.
