I'll be documenting the build of my milling station here.

I started with a barebones JSP Maltmill with hardened core rollers, direct wheel drive, and adjustable rollers on one side.

Since it's barebones, it didn't come with hopper. So I went down to the hardware store and bought some sheets of wood to build my hopper with.

I am not a great wood worker and only have a jigsaw for cutting things so it's no show piece but it will work.

Next step is to attach it to the location where I will be milling and hook up the motor. That's it so far. More to come.

Thanks. After looking at this and talking with some of HBN on FB, I may be adding something to opening above the mill to close the gap a slight bit more. I don't want to leave any room to allow grain to hit the outside of the rollers. I'm thinking about possibly tacking some small pieces of SS sheeting in there. I'll likely give it a whirl first to see what happens.
