I was wondering if anyone here has used Maturex by Novozymes to help reduce or eliminate the need to do a diacetyl rest for their beers. I understand Maturex 2000 L can be added at fermentation to keep diacetyl and pentainedione levels low. They advertise it can be used safely with "no negative impact on foam, flavor, aroma, or body."

Is this true?

Be careful searching for the stuff on the web. I did a search for Maturex and got lots of porn. Added "beer" to the search and found relevant hits. :)
