Massive ice buildup in glycol chiller

Hello all

I've been using a quantor minichilly 03 since October last year, and it's been working fine so far. Yesterday the pump wouldn't pump glycol, so I opened the lid and discovered what seems to be massive ice buildup. It's been set to minus 6 C, with a blend that should handle that.

I immedeately switched it off when I discovered this last night, but the ice is still there this morning.

Any advice?

I don't use one. I would check the fluid content and test the thermostat.
