Greetings from Saint Paul Minnesota -

My name is Thomas Keim, and I am one of the owners of the YOERG BREWING COMPANY in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

We are looking for an experienced brewer to work with us as we are developing and opening a small nano-brewery in Saint Paul.

This is one of the most distinguished brewery names in Minnesota history, as it was this state's very first brewery, opening in 1848. The brewery was known for producing Minnesota's finest beers for over 100 years, but closed their doors for good in 1952. We are looking for someone with great expertise brewing lagers.

Please see our website: www.yoergbeer.com

We have resurrected the brand, and now have our flagship beer on the streets. It's an old fashioned, roasty/toasty steam lager that we feel is one of the most serious lagers produced in the Midwest. It has received rave reviews and we have terrific wholesale representation in the Midwest. We have a year round Bock coming in the Spring, a Czech styled Pilsner (YOERG PICNIC BEER) for a summer seasonal and a Doppelbock called YOERG STRONG coming out next winter. We will be brewing all four of those beers year round at the pub, and will be brewing a Hefe-Weizen, a Dunkel, A hoppy Rye Lager and a rotating tap handle for other experimental Bavarian specialties.

We are opening a small nano-brewery in 2017 in Saint Paul in an historic art deco bar on Saint Paul's West Side that was built in 1900. The building is being completely renovated back to it's historical beginning and we have the original 45 foot art deco bar inside, and the building is as classy and cool as you will find in the cities. We will also have one of the coolest patios in the cities as well. We expect to be open by August of 2017 and the building is being renovated now.

We will be brewing 8 different Bavarian styled beers, almost exclusively lagers, and using this site for much experimental brewing as we will be developing recipes for our packaging program.

This is a unique, part-time opportunity for the right person. We have no problem working with brewers who have full time jobs, or work at another local brewery, as we can easily work around your schedule. We just need someone with that "special touch" and knowledge to brew our beers.

If you have any interest, please contact me at your earliest convenience. Thank you so much for your time -
