*Partial Boil Recipe*


8.0 oz Carafoam
3 lbs 2.4 oz LME Wheat Bavarian (Mallard)
0.25 oz Citra [14.20 %]
1 lbs DME Pilsen Light (Briess)
3 lbs 2.4 oz LME Wheat Bavarian (Mallard)
0.25 tsp Super Irish Moss
0.25 oz Citra [14.20 %]
0.50 oz Citra [14.20 %]
1.0 pkg American Hefeweizen Ale (White Labs #WLP320)
2.00 Items Frozen Lemonaide Concentrate (Bottling)
3.0 oz Corn Sugar (Bottling)



*Bring 3Gallon 2.5Liters water to 160ºF.
*Steep 8oz Carafoam in 160ºF water for 30mins.
*Bring wort to boil then add 3.15lbs Wheat LME and 0.25 Citra Hops.
*Boil for 30mins then 3.15lbs Wheat LME and 1lbs Pilsen Light DME.
*Boil for 15mins then add Super Irish Moss and 0.25oz Citra Hops.
*Boil for 14mins then add 0.5oz Citra Hops.
*Boil for 1min then cool, transfer, top up water to 5Gallons, and pitch WLP-320 American Hefeweizen Yeast in 1L starter.
*Add 2 cans of Frozen Limeade Concentrate at bottling with 3oz Corn Sugar for priming.
