Tasting Notes
Lots of watermelon flavor, a bit too much hop bitternes
11 lbs. Pale Malt (2 row)
1 lbs. Crystal Malt 135 EBC
2 lbs. Wheat Malt

0.8 oz Magnum (pellets, 14 % AA)

1 table spoon WLP518 Opshaug Kveik

Added after 2 days of primary fermentation
8 lbs Watermelon (sliced, frozen and defrozen)

Definitely retained watermelon or melon flavor. Would change the hops for a more mild hop next time.
