Hi everyone! I hope all the Americans out there had a safe and fun 4th of July. I went camping over the long weekend in south/central Washington, and brought back two gallons of water from a spring on the mountainside (pictured is my fiancée gathering said water).
Is there a homebrewer amongst us near Portland, Oregon who could help me do a chemistry test on the water? I'm sure there are affordable send-away tests, or more expensive kits for purchase, but I thought I would try to collaborate with a local brewer first.
It's my hope to make a very piney and grassy small batch IPA as a tribute to the trip. Recipe TBD.
