Introducing myself

Hi, my name is Dan from Connecticut. I started making wines, ciders, and a couple different beers just under 10 years ago. My wife and i ended up moving and things with the hobby were put on the back burner for a year plus. Im in the process of building my own kitchen in the basement of our new home which is exciting. Im hoping to come on this site and ask some questions as im a little rusty from not brewing for some time. Thank you and nice meeting you all!
