65.4% - 8.5 lbs. Maris Otter Pale Malt
15.4% - 2 lbs. Victory
7.7% - 1 lb. Crystal (60L)
5.8% - 0.75 lbs. Brown Malt
3.8% - 0.5 lbs. Chocolate Malt
1.9% - 0.25 lbs. Flaked Oats


Hops:
1 oz Northern Brewer (Pellet, ~10% AA) @ FWH
1 oz Northern Brewer (Pellet, ~10% AA) @ 5 min
1 oz Cascade (Dried Leaf, ~7% AA) @ FO
1 oz Cascade (Dried Leaf, ~7% AA) DH 7 days
