Hi all, I just started my first gallon of JAOM a week ago, reading Schramm’s book & Brew Like a Viking. Have attempted beekeeping but kept losing them every winter (Wisconsin). Also have science backgound (biochem/molecular/cell biology) & currently doing bioinformatics. Curious to sequence the bugs in ginger bug to see just who they are!
