Greeting fellow brewers! I paused my hobby for a while (kids) but I have brewed a ton recently. Found some recipes on here that I tried. The Jenny’s paw paw one had what a judge called “Spicey phenolic”. My next attempt should be better.

I also just brewed the blueberry ale clone of Bar Harbour Ale and was impressed with how close it tasted like it.
