This is always a fun time of year for hops. Especially when a guy down the road tells you he doesn't have time to harvest his hops and come get them unfortunately a good bit were past their prime. This is a variety of cascade centennial and something else. Got around 5 lbs of hops total. The rest is dehydrating and vacuum sealed for later.

Just did a simple recipe nothing even plugged in. Had some grain laying around excited to see how it finishes.
10 lbs 2 row
2 lb pills
1 lb crystal 40
.5 lb corn

7 oz at boil
5 oz at 10 minutes
5 oz at flame out
Will add 3 oz in fermenter after.
