I brewed a wheat beer earlier this summer. I added .25 of of dried bitter orange and .25 lemon in a 5 gal batch at five days after pitching. Looking to maybe include sweet orange and increase the amount of fruit for more flavor of the fruit . Any suggestions on how much of a increase I should be looking at? I just do not want to over power the beer with citrus.

I usually add my citrus additions during the boil...I've found they add a nice hint at the backend of the sip of beer.

however you could add I would say anywhere between 2-4 oz and be ok. Just make sure to let it sit in vodka or sterilize it somehow as to not introduce nastiness into the beer.
