I had a brew emergency. I was going to bottle sasion. The airlock was intact.

I don't know with the heat that it restarted. Seemed to have a blowover 2 months later.

Anyways it looked clean and haven't been on brew room for 2 weeks.

Was going to bottle noticed growth and mold on top of fermizilla and container.

I washed outside removed the lid and covered the top in plastic wrap. The beer seems fine.

Do I age it, do I add fruit to eat sugar and scvanage oxygen. It's a sasion so a lot of thing to do with.
