This is a custom built stainless steel (SS) electric 20 gallon Heat Exchange Recirculating Mash System (HERMS) brewery. Everything is included:
- All cedar brewery stand. Three coats of outdoor Helmsman satin finish.
- 2 Little Giant 3-MD-HC pumps
- SS Counterflow chiller (also a copper post chiller that we'd keep in ice water if we wanted to chill 15+ gallons down to 50F in 5 minutes)
- Auber PID control system with 40 amp Auber solid state relay. Includes on/off switches for each pump.
- 100 foot 8 gauge power cord for versatility in brewery placement
- Silicon connection tubes with Brewer's Hardware camlock connections on everything.
- Twist lock NEMA electric plugs
- Built-in GFCI
- 2 black 50 foot garden hoses for chilling connections
All of the kettles have:
- Three piece NorCal Brewing SS ball valves
- SS compressing fittings (The real stuff from Grainger, not China)
Hot Liquor Tank:
50 foot SS heat exchange.
5500 Watt ultra-low watt density (ULWD) heating element
Mash Tun:
Custom Jaybird false bottom
Boil Kettle
5500 Watt ULWD heating element
There is also a ton of little stuff included that would be tedious to list (like hot pads for under the kettles... etc.)
In addition to the brewery listed above, we are also selling the following (not included in this listing). Grain mill (Monster Mill) with cedar stand, Brewer's Hardware 15 gallon conical fermenter, 6 tap keezer (fits 6 corny kegs, perlick taps, 6 secondary regulators, 20lb CO2 tank + regulator), 20 corny kegs, and oxygen tank/regulator with aeration stone. If you're interested in buying them with the brewery we can work out a deal.
