Tasting Notes
We have compared this to the real thing several times and it is close. I like mine better of course.

Red Seal V1.0 (Crimson Salmon Snatcher)

American Amber Ale (19 A)
Type: All Grain BIAB
Batch Size: 6.50 gal
Boil Time: 60 min
Final Bottling Vol: 6.00 gal

Equipment: 01 BIAB 15.5 gallon 2 g boil off
Efficiency: 70.00 %
Est Mash Efficiency: 75.4 %

11 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) 81.5 %
1 lbs 8.0 oz Munich Malt - 10L (10.0 SRM) 11.1 %
14.0 oz Crystal 75, 2-Row, (75.0 SRM) 6.5 %
2.0 oz Roasted Barley (Briess) (300.0 SRM) 0.9 %

156.0 F 60 min
Mash Out- nope

Boil 60 minutes
1.00 oz Centennial [10.00 %] - Boil 60.0 min 29.8 IBUs
1.00 oz Cascade [5.50 %] - Boil 10.0 min 5.9 IBUs
1.00 oz Centennial [10.00 %] - Boil 10.0 min 10.8 IBUs
0.50 oz Cascade [5.50 %] - Dry Hop

I keg, so after two weeks I transfer to a purged keg with the filled dry hop basket in it, I used whole hops. The first time I brewed this I pulled the dry hops after five days. The second time I just left them in for the duration of the keg, wasn't long either, this beer is pretty good and drinkable too.

Sorry I dont have any water information. My water comes from a 80' deep well, and is absolutely delicious and endless (knocks on wood) I know there are some things going on in my water that definitely come out in the finished beer. I have really liked all the beer I have made so far, especially this one, though I feel I need to make some adjustments for darker beers. That said, I do plan on getting a water test soon and will report back here with the results.

Thanks for the recipe. I've been meaning to brew a good Amber. I think I'll give this one a try as soon as one of my fermenters open up.
