I've been meaning to post this. I tinkered with it for a while so it's well vetted. An easy drinking porter, hint of coffee and chocolate but no big roast in this one. I've tried it with cocoa nibs too but really I like it best plain.
Note that it's sized for 3.2 gal post boil. Any debittered black malt is fine in place of the midnight wheat. I've also used black patent, at that amount it's not a huge difference but I like the midnight wheat.
