California is in a drought. Don't have enough time. Not brewing enough. Need money for other hobbies. All of these reasons came up when discussing with the SWMBO that I wanted to sell my wonderful 20 gallon setup.

I will be selling this as a kit. I will not part out until I have at least sold the fermenter and stout tanks. You will not find a sale like this anywhere else.

Don't see some other things you would like? I probably have it if it would make sense with this setup. Feel free to pm with any questions.

I am located in Orange County, but will drive a considerable distance if it makes the deal happen and I get to visit some cool places along the way.

$6500 takes every piece of brewing equipment out of my garage and into yours. It includes everything you need to brew. Even have a couple pounds of hops in the freezer. If you have a question about something I didn't list, just ask. I didn't list all of the tubing, tri clover connections, ball lock connectors etc., but its all here.

I put my heart and soul into researching and developing (I'm an R&D engineer by trade) this system, and I am sure the next owner will love it.

Hell, we can even brew the first batch together if you want me to walk you through it.

If I can't sell it all to one buyer, I will take offers on groups of items as long as it includes either the conical or the 3 stout pots.

Wow, that is a fantastic setup. Having just finished putting my own system together using Bobby M's old kegs, I'll say it looks worth every bit of the $6,500.

Holy **** you're insane to let that system go.

My.
God.
It's.
Beautiful.

Amazing setup! That is exactly what I want to build (hopefully starting to gather parts after the first of the year). I wish I was ready and had the cash now (and lived closer to you). You might try listing it on probrewer.com also. Someone might want it as a brewery pilot system.

If it comes down to it how much for the conical?

Definitely starting to look like I should sell this first, pair whatever that seller wants and then part out the rest.

conical price is hard. Retails for $1900 and is in perfect condition. Would like to try and get $1700 for it. can negotiate all of the accessories that go with it.

-Spray ball
-Sight glass
-casters
-spunding valve
-reducer
-cip pump
-oxygenation setup
etc.

If your parting please let me know via PM I live a few hours away and don't mind the drive.

How are the casters secured to the legs of the conical? Is the conical stable with the casters installed? It looks really top-heavy.

If I can convince my wife I would take the whole setup, minus the kegerator. I'll send you a PM.

Casters go into the legs and tehn you tighten a polt that squeezes a bushing tight inside the legs. The casters lock. Definitely top heavy and i am very careful when i move it. It was really awkward to move it without them, so i am glad they are there.

Getting close to a bundled sale of the pots, fermenter, oxygen setup and some other things.

Which means I am willing to part out the rest (minus the kegerator, I think i am keeping it)

Thanks!

Pots, fermenter, cip, hop spider, oxygen setup are all sold.

Kegerator and kegs on hold.

Everything else is available. I will work on prices for individual components.

Is the price of the heating elements total? Are they stainless? Are you parting out your control panel, is that what you mean by "need to break down"?

You'd have been a lot better off just getting rid of SWMBO

I may be interested in the Mill. Sending PM.
