I've accumulated a number of leftover ingredients from my last several batches, and I'd like to use some up while they're fresh. Thoughts on potential general styles to pursue using them? I'd like to mostly stick to these ingredients, but no big deal adding a thing or two will probably need hops anyway.
-#3.3 Briess Amber LME
-#2 Dark DME
-#1 Wheat LME
-8oz crystal 10L
-12oz chocolate malt
-12oz debittered malt
-1oz citra hops
Obviously the list leans more towards darker stuff. I can do three or five gallon batches. Any ideas are appreciated!
