Sorry if this has been asked previously (most likey) but I have several 5 gallon food grade plastic buckets that I ferment cabbage in every year to make kraut.
The 5 gallon buckets need to be cleaned badly... I've made several batches of kraut in them and cleaned with bleach water and throurough rinsing in-between usage but they are still nasty stained.
Any ideas on a cleaning solution? Or should I just toss and get new ones?
