Hey,
So I need to get rid of blueberry and mint suryp that I have. I probably have 150g of blueberry and 50g of mint syrup. I thought about pouring at least the first one to my wheat ale in my next batch, which I will start in two weeks or so. I'm able to do 7,3 liters with my current equipment.

Does the combination of wheat ale, blueberry and mint work together? When should I pour them to get the maximum of taste? Would I get more darker color if I'd add everything in the beginning of a boil?

I understood that it doesn't matter tastewise whether you pour the syrup during boil or high krausen. exBEERiment | Sugar Additions: Boil vs. High Kräusen In A Belgian Golden Strong Ale
