I'm putting together a mini mash recipe for a Belgian Noel type ale. I love this year's Scaldis Noel and would like to make something similar with a lower ABV. Or maybe like a Delirium Noel. How does this look?

9 lbs Pale Liquid Malt Extract
1 lbs Belgian Munich
12 oz Caramunich
4 oz Aromatic
2 lbs sugar

1 oz Styrian Goldings (Pellets, 5.4 %AA) boiled 60 min.
.5 oz Styrian Goldings (Pellets, 5.4 %AA) boiled 15 min.
.5 oz East Kent Goldings (Pellets, 5.00 %AA) boiled 1 min.

WYeast 1388 Belgian Strong Ale (from starter)

I'm also thinking about adding some spices at the end of the boil, which should be be very subtle:

2 cinnamon sticks & 1/8 ounce each cardimom pods, coriander, and grains of paradise. Maybe a bit of orange zest too.

Expected OG: 1.089
Exptected TG: 1.017
9.5% ABV
14.91 °SRM
24.1 IBU

Any input is appreciated!

I'd make some of that sugar dark belgian candi to up the SRMs, 14.9 is too light for a belgian strong dark. Also I might cut back the cinnamon, very easy to overdo.
