Hey guys I’m looking to build my first recipe. I have brewed Lil Sparkys Nut Brown recipe twice and looking to make a smoother/heavier drinking version “not as nutty”. Can you critique my recipe?

8lbs Maris Otter
2lbs Vienna
1lb Crystal 60L
1lb Flaked Oats
.5lb Victory Malt
.6oz Chocolate Malt
1oz Fuggle 60min
1oz EK Goldings 15min
Nottingham yeast

OG 1.064
22 IBU
SRM 18.5

I mash around 154 and let ferment for 30days. I like this beer after it’s aged in bottles a few months.
