I haven't bottled anything in a year and a half (since I got my kegging system) but I am getting back into it for sour beers I am brewing. I am trying to bottle a sour cider and I have a bunch of these empty Jolly Pumpkin bottles. The cap seems to fit and go on fine with the wing capper. My only concern is that the lip is slightly larger than a standard bottle and I don't want to risk it not being airtight. Here is a link to the type of bottle I am talking about, it is used by JP and a few others.

If you do a search on this topic, you'll find that these bottles use 26mm caps, but some people have had to use the 29mm bell on a wing capper to get around the large flare of the lip.
