I have been brewing for over a decade, literally made thousands of gallons of beer. I have been working on the perfect pale ale recipe. In my opinion an American Pale Ale is not supposed to be a light IPA. I designed this beer over the years to have a balance between malt and hops that swings just a tad towards the hops. This beer has a malty backbone, slight biscuit and caramel finish with juicy floral hops balancing it out perfectly. If you take anything from this recipe, take the grain bill and hop it how you want. Its awesome.
