Adding a flow meter. How would you do this?

I'm working on setting up my Top Tier 20 gallon system. Since this came with a tower of power controller for the HLT I've decided to add a Herms coil to recirculate the mash. So I'm coming out of the mash tun to the riptide pump, out of the pump to the herms coil, Out of the herms coil and let gravity assist the pump back to the mash tun. Now I want to add a blichmann flow meter. Would I add it before the herms coil or after? Thanks for any and all advice. Rob

wrt the loop the flow rate will be the same at any point, so I'd locate the flow meter where it is easiest to plumb it properly...
