    Convert Propane Tank into Kettle?

    I've seen that old kegs are converted into kettles, but I haven't been able to find anything about converting old propane tanks into kettles. I've got a 10 gallon propane tank that I thought could be a good sized kettle once it's emptied and cleaned out of the propane. Thoughts on this conversion?
