I have a Barleywine, a wheatwine, and a bourbon stout that all need bottled. Since CBC-1 is listed as a killer yeast should I be concerned with using it and have it contaminate my racking and bottling equipment? So far I haven't had any contamination problems so will my current cleaning and sanitation practices suffice with this yeast at bottling?

I would not worry about it being a contaminant if your cleaning regimen is solid.
I use this yeast for bottling my big beers with no problems. First time I've heard that it's a killer strain.

First time I've heard of it too. Just checked Lallemand's site and confirmed that it is.

As for the original question: just practice good cleaning and sanitation and you'll be good.
