Simple question...I have a NB extract kit that I need to hold on to for a few more weeks. The ingredients are 6 lbs LME, 1 oz packaged hops, 1 package dry yeast and 1 package of specialty grains.
Do I need to store any of it in the refrigerator? Right now it's all still packed in the box in a pantry where the temp is usually between 60-70 degrees.
