Black welding seams (?) in new corny keg

Hi!
I've bought two new 18l corny kegs. One of them looked perfect, but the other one had some black marks at the bottom, in maybe 3-4 places around the seams down there. Is this normal or should I go back to the store to try and exchange it? I haven't yet tried to clean it or anything yet. I took some photos on one of the spots to show you what I mean.

Those sections of weld look nasty - there's another one towards the bottom of the pic.
I would not hesitate to take that keg back for an exchange...

Ah yeah that's what I was thinking, thanks for confirming. I'll go talk to the shop and hope I get a better one next time :)
