I have a few spare ingredients that I would like to use up before they get too old. Below is the recipe I have developed. I think the LME & grains will be ok, but not sure on the hop schedule. Help in this area would be appreciated.
Hop inventory:
Amarillo 1.0 oz
Cascade 1.5 oz
Centennial 5.0 oz
Chinook 3.0 oz
Magnum 2.5 oz
Simcoe 2.0 oz
Willamette 0.5 oz

I am looking to make a hoppy APA or mid-range IPA

Below is my recipe:
8 lbs. Pilsner LME
4 oz. Cara-pils (excess inventory)
4 oz Vienna (excess inventory)
8 oz Crystal 40 (excess inventory)
8 oz Flaked Wheat (excess inventory)
Safale US05

Hop Schedule:
Chinook 1.0 oz 60 min
Amarillo 1.0 oz 10 min
Centennial 1.0 oz 1 min
Simcoe 1.0 oz 1 min
Willamette 0.5 oz 1 min

SG 1.056
IBU 62.5
SRM 7
ABV 5.6
