I bought about 12 or so of copper beer kits on sale for 9.99$, I experimented with the entire line up and used, honey, brown sugar and white sugar.

The beer is not the worst, but its not the best and it really changes depending on the sugar used.. I was wondering if anyone knew how I could make these kits better. I already started by making 5 instead of the intended 6 gallons. I also found I have to carbonate these beers more then usual.

I would like to make my last 3 kits abit better

Check out my recipes for Cooper's beer cans. I've used plain light or extra light DME & hops in them. Even used plain amber DME in one. The recipes will give you ideas on where to go when you want to stop merely using sugar in the recipe. Just click on the recipes symbol under a member's avatar to see a drop down list.:tank:
