To fill "your" tank, or for exchange?
To fill, I have no idea in that part of town.
To exchange, Airgas pretty much has the Atlanta area sewn up, and they give a decent price on a 20 lb. exchange, when last I did it.

Hop City also does CO2 swaps for less than a dollar difference from Airgas.
I know that's not really any closer, but at least then you can pick up beer or any supplies/ingredients you want, or eat or have a pint at the 5 seasons to make it worth the trip.
