I happen to have a bucket like this. It used to contain a large plastic bag full of smaller bags with Chlorine inside.

It doesn´t have that triangular symbol showing the number of the type of plastic. So I´m not sure if it is food grade plastic.

It has only the next info on one side:

3H2/Y54/S/12
CN/371716

I can´t find the manufacturer anywhere. The bucket has no brand name or anything.

What do you think?. A friend of mine has fermented several batches in one like this and I can´t find any strange flavor or smell in the final beer.

I don't know, I would suggest using another one because there was chlorine inside of it. Currently I am fermenting in a Home Depot bucket due to it's smaller size. But I gave it a lot of thought before doing it, although I started fermenting in it because it was a new bucket.
