Let me start off by saying I am completely uneducated when it comes to adjusting water for home brew. I am wondering if anyone can give me some beginner advice on adjusting my water. I mainly brew IPAs, wheat beers and brown ales. My water report is this:
Calcium-34
Magnesium-5
Alkalinity as CaCO3-46
Sodium-44
Chloride-79
Sulfate-52
pH-10.73
Are there easy additions to make to my water for the above 3 styles of beer? Thanks for any replies in advance.
