I have a saison that I brewed a month or so ago that came out nicely and I would like to enter into competition (my first). It is a regular saison grain bill, but hopped with north american hops (citra, mosaic, calypso), fermented with saison dupont yeast and then bottled with brett brux.

Would a beer like this with American hops be appropriate in the 16E Belgian Specialty or would it be better suited to 23?

Thx.

I'd say 16 E should work. 23 Is a weird one to try and medal in.
