Been viewing this site for almost a year now (brewed first beer Nov 06), and finally created a user profile today.

Just brewed my 36th batch of beer tonite, a variation of my wife's fave, the Nit Wit.

I usually use the standard Weyerman's Hefeweisse 8lb LME with an extra 1lb of Briess DME for punch, an oz of Tettnang whole leaf, with the Belgian Wit Gold Standard Wyeast 3944.

But this eve mixed it up a bit. Used the WLP410 Belgian Wit II Platinum, all Briess DME (7 lbs), German Organic Saphir Hops with the coriander and orange.

Any thoughts, and any feedback on WLP410 or Saphir hops would be appreciated.

There have been a few commercial brews with saphir hops I have sampled...similar to Hallertau.
