Finally have it functional AND able to start/stop with grain fed or being actively added. Took a "high dollar" belt tensioning device as I could not get the belt to tighten enough by adjusting the motor distance without a true adjustable motor mount. Mill is a Monster Mill MM3-2.0 with hardened rollers. It is a beast that truly needs the 1 horsepower capacitive motor that drives it. The crush is excellent.



 
Think I'm running into a similar problem.

Minimal grain causes my 328D to jam but the motor keeps spinning. Possibly not enough tension on the motor sheave. Is that just a basic caster on yours? That did the trick?
