So this is what I want.
I would like a recipe from those of you with years under your belts to chime in. I have done nine batches since Nov 2012. Three all grain the rest were extract /w steeping grains. I want an all grain Wee Heavy. I can get peated malt. That is the only thing required in the grain bill. I love scotch and the flavor from peated malt. I don't trust my ability to concoct my own recipe yet and want your take on a smoked peat Wee Heavy. It doesn't have to be a complete recipe from mash to finish, just a rough grain bill and yeast selection. I would assume a 60 min mash and a 60 min boil without any protein rest or something special in the mash unless you specify something different. Be creative and I will keep this updated once its brewed and tasted.
