can anyone recommend a good kit thats drinkable and tastes good fairly young? red or white

WE's Reserve kit, Angel Blanco. Enjoyed an awesome bottle that was at six month point, from the date it was started. The owner said it was all gone by nine months and they started drinking it at four months.

Winexpert World Vintners Washington Reisling kit. With a good yeast this can be ready in 3-4 months if fermented gently in the mid 60's.

They recommend 72°-75° for the fermentation.
And yes, that is a good kit. 1 month to get it to the bottle and then 3 months aging. :mug:

Yes. Yes they do. I love to use D-47 instead of the provided yeast and do a lower ferment temp to increase fruit characteristics. It has never turned out bad! :)
