hi there fellow brewers.
I mixed up a coopers kit on sunday (father's day) with 1.1 kg of sugar in a coopers plastic fermenter with airlock. What would happen if I added 500 gs of light dry malt powder a few days after fermentation has started, or after fermentation has finished will it start again?
thanks andy.

Yes, it will start up again. Why do you want to add more? If you really want to go through with it, at least wait until primary fermentation has finished. Dissolve the DME in a little water and bring it to a boil, boil for at least 15 min to sanitize the wort, then cool it down to around 65F and add it to the fermenter.
