Default Partial - Dubbel Dee Dunkelweizen

Final Gravity: 1.012
IBU: 13.3
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 20.4 SRM
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14 days @ 69 degrees
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14 days @ 69 degrees
Tasting Notes: Moderate but not overpowering clove and wheat with nice dark color.

Here's my first recipe that I think is worth sharing. I was pretty impressed with how it turned out considering it was my first attempt at a partial mash (used DeathBrewer's stovetop method -- thanks man).

And yes, I'm aware that "Dubbel" is Belgian, not German, but the alliteration was too tempting.

Partial mashed grain for 30 minutes, strike 2 gallons at 162 for mash temp of 150. Sparge 2 gallons at 165 for 10 minutes in second pot.

Actual SG was 1.044, next time add more malt?
