I had the opportunity to degas and measure the FG of some of FFF's more popular big beers. The reasons being that FFF never really releases any recipe information about there beer to the public, so hopefully this info will aid some people in their efforts to clone these fantastic brews...or at least give a starting point.

FG was 1.010-1.011 @ 65 F. After correcting the temperature (adding .0005) it's right around 1.011.
The abv on the website says 9.5% abv. That means the OG is 1.083-1.084. But, both Beer Advocate and Rate beer have it listed at 9% (which means the OG would be 1.080). Unfortunately, I couldn't get my hands on a bottle of this to confirm the actual abv.

FG was 1.019 @ 69 F. With temperature correction (adding .0011) we are looking at an FG of 1.020. This seemed really high so I took a second hydro reading the next day and confirmed it.
From the listed abv of 9.5% on their website and on the latest bottle I plugged in the numbers and got an OG of 1.092-1.093.

FG was 1.022 @ 63 F. Adding .0003 for temperature correction doesn't really effect the FG.
The newest bottle of Behemoth (red wax) states the abv as 10.5%, which tells us that the OG is 1.102.

What struck me as odd was the huge difference between the two IIPAs - both are 9.5% abv but the APW finishes a lot drier than the Dreadnaught. And, after tasting them side-by-side, it is quite apparent how much more body Dreadnaught has. Though the Behemoth finishes not much higher than Dreadnaught, it does have a pronounced sweetness to it, which helps set it apart from being considered an IIPA (b/c if you've ever had it, you would know it is a hop bomb!).

I hope this helps anyone!

FG was 1.011 @ 70 F. With temperature correction (adding .0012) makes the FG 1.012.

Obtaining a current ABV has become a problem for this beer. Their website states it as 8%, BA has it at 8.5%, and ratebeer lists it at 9%. I just checked my current bottle and, unfortunately, it does not state the ABV.
So, if going by the FFF website, the OG would be 1.073.
