SWMBO and I have been discussing themes for naming some of my beers. One possibility that came up is naming them after The Big Lebowski characters. What style would you attribute to which character?

The Dude - RIS? (always drinking those White Russians)
Walter - IIPA? (big and bitter)
Donny - Cream Ale? Lager? (light and simple)
The Big Lebowski - Barleywine? (aged, sounds more "sophisticated")
Bonnie - Blonde? ("easy" drinking... though I think it's not dirty enough. maybe a cider... rotten fruit :D )
Maude - .... I dunno... Hard one. Something red?
The Nihilists - Black IPA?

What's your take on it?

You better join the Church of the Dude and become an ordained priest before naming beers after Lebowski characters:

I've been ordained for about 3 years now!

Although I may do this at some point I think I should just name my brews whatever I want. Isn't that what The Dude would want? I mean... That name really tied my brew together, man!
