New Guy. Greenville, NC

Hi everybody. I stumbled across this forum during a Google search and found a boatload of info so I figured I’d join. I’ve been brewing for a couple of years now and currently have a Williams Brewing Belgian Harvest Ale in the fermenter and a Williams Brewing Fireside Ale on deck to be brewed in the near future. It looks like there is a lot of knowledge here and I’m really looking forward to learning all I can from this site.
