Is there a way to estimate such things in a home brew as:

calories
carbs
sugars

etc?

Here is one calorie calculator. I had found a better one a while back. I'll see if I can find it again.

In the food industry we either sent samples to a food lab to get the nutritional info or we used a computer program with ingredients already input into it. I forgot the name of the program, but it cost hundreds of dollars so it would not be worth it for hobby use.
