I have a recipe that uses all percentages. How does one go about converting this into measurable weight for a recipe?
 
You can ball-park the total amount of grain you need based on your efficieny, then figure out your percentages from that (if you need 10 lbs of grain total, 5% would be 1/2 lb etc...). Software can help, but it isn't too bad by hand.
