The one I pitched on a fresh packet of notty finished out at 1.000 when I forgot to check.on it

Anyone keg this? I'm wondering if such a high acidity would have long term effects in equipment?

ouuuu kegged would be great. I even saw once a pump tap that you can put right on to a carboy and serve from there. Seriously considering it for parties.
